Subscription FAQ’s
What does “subscriber” mean?
Subscribers and season-ticket holders are terms often used interchangeably. Subscribers are patrons who invest in the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra by purchasing a package of concerts, usually prior to the start of the season. We offer a Signature Series Season subscription to Friday or Saturday evening performances to all 5 concerts in Season 64, or a FlexPass subscription that allows patrons to mix-and-match Friday or Saturday evening performances to 3 or 4 concerts in the Season 64 Signature Series.
What subscriptions are offered by the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra?
Our main subscription is to the Signature Series of 5 concerts at Maryland Hall. Each Concert is offered on Friday and Saturday Nights. This subscription offers the locked in seat reservations and special discounts on other concerts we will present in Season 64, like Holiday Pops. Our other subscription is called "FlexPass". It offers flexibility to attend Friday or Saturday night performances for the concerts you most want to experience.
Whats the difference between a Signature Series Subscription and a FlexPass
A Signature Series Subscription is for either all 5 Friday evening concerts in Season 64, or all 5 Saturday evening concerts.
The FlexPass offers flexibility, including choosing Friday or Saturday seating for the concerts you most want to experience.
What is included with my subscription?
Subscriptions to the 2025-2026 Signature Series include many benefits, including locked in seats, special discount pricing, and access to our library of performances, SYMPHONY+. Learn more about Subscriber benefits here: https://annapolissymphony.org/subscriptionbenefits/
Am I guaranteed the same seats season to season if I become a subscriber?
If you are a Signature Series subscriber, you are guaranteed the same seats each season. You may change your seat, but this is subject to availability. FlexPass subscribers do not have a seat guarantee.
Can I change my seats during the renewal process?
Yes. Seating changes are on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date each subscription order was received.
Will you hold off on charging my credit card until I’m seated? Can you take my renewal and I’ll send you a check later?
Subscription payments are processed immediately. Subscription change requests are seated based on the date your paid reservation is received. We must receive payment in order to renew your subscription.
Why can’t I get Parterre or aisle seats like I’ve been requesting for years?
Parterre seats are always in demand and are seldom released by the subscribers who currently hold them. Renew early to have the best chance of getting aisle seats that might not be renewed. All requests are first-come, first-served.
Can I purchase additional tickets throughout the season?
Signature Series subscribers save 20% on single tickets to Signature Series and Holiday Pops concerts. To purchase additional tickets as a current subscriber, call the Box Office at 410-263-0907 or log into your account.
