Friends of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra was established in 1964. It is an incorporated charitable organization. Its purpose has remained unchanged since the beginning: to support the Orchestra and promote interest in classical music among young people, who represent the next generation of musicians and concertgoers. Over the years, FASO has sponsored a wide variety of fundraising events, from casual to elegant, designed to assist the Orchestra in multiple ways. FASO members volunteer their time at ASO events, at outreach programs and musician auditions, and in general, promote community awareness of the Orchestra while building lasting relationships among fellow music lovers. The organization’s efforts have provided hundreds of thousands of donated dollars to the Orchestra and its initiatives across the decades.
FASO warmly welcomes returning and new members. It is easy to join at annapolissymphony.org. Dues are $50 for an individual and $75 per couple.
We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our membership.
