Violin I

Heather Haughn headshotWhat city are you living in now? Baltimore, MD

Where did you study? Bachelor of Music from Eastman School of Music, Master of Music from Rice University, Shepherd School of Music

What is your favorite piece of music? I don’t have a favorite piece of music or a favorite composer.  Two of my favorite performers are Anne-Sophie Mutter and Barbra Streisand.

What do you enjoy in your spare time? One of my favorite things is to take my dog to the beach.

What is your fondest Annapolis Symphony memory? I don’t think I have one.  I have wonderful memories of my family and students coming to performances at Quiet Waters Park, Maryland Hall, and Strathmore.
