Ticket Policies

Ticket Options for Concerts Cancelled due to COVID-19

If you are a ticket holder to any concert between March 20 and June 7 that was cancelled due to the coronavirus, please email info@annapolissymphony.org to either:

  • OPTION 1 – Donate the cost of your ticket(s) to the Musician Fund and receive a tax receipt in the mail
  • OPTION 2 – Request a full refund for your ticket(s)

Ticket Refunds

If a concert is cancelled or if you are no longer comfortable attending, you may request a full refund no questions asked. Please return your ticket to the Box Office by mail, in person, or email with a photo of the destroyed ticket no less than two hours prior to the concert.

Ticket Exchanges

You may exchange your ticket to a future performance within the same season. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please return your ticket to the Box Office by mail, in person, or email with a photo of the destroyed ticket no less than two hours prior to the concert.

Ticket Donations

You may donate your ticket to the Symphony as a tax-deductible contribution. We will mail you a receipt for your tax purposes. Please return your ticket to the Box Office by mail, in person, or email with a photo of the destroyed ticket no less than two hours prior to the concert.

Student Discounts

Student subscriptions are $10 per concert. These are packaged identically to adult subscriptions: Masterworks (5 concerts), FlexPass (3 or 4 concerts) or FlexPass Pick Later (3 or 4 concerts). Student subscriptions can only be purchased over the phone or in person. Tickets will be held at Will Call, and a valid student ID must be shown to claim the tickets.
