Ticket Policies

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange their tickets for the alternate performance of the same concert only. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please return your tickets to the Box Office by mail, in person, or email with a photo of the destroyed tickets no less than two hours prior to the ticketed event.

If a ticket exchange is requested after the ticketed event has taken place, the Symphony will not be able to process a ticket exchange.

Ticket Donations

If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to the Symphony as a tax-deductible contribution. Please return your tickets to the Box Office by mail, in person, or email with a photo of the destroyed ticket(s) no less than 2 hours before the concert. We will mail you a receipt for your tax purposes. Tickets released after 6 PM on concert night will not be eligible for a deduction unless the concert is sold out.
