If you are a current Masterworks Series subscriber, Series at Strathmore subscriber, or FASO member you have an online account on our ticketing website. Please follow the instructions below to access your account or call or email the box office for more information.
- CLICK HERE to access your online account. Login using your email address and password.
- Click “forgot password” if you have never accessed your online account or if you don’t remember your password. Our system will send you an email with a link to follow and a temporary password (please check your spam folder). It will also prompt you to set a new permanent password.
- Once you are logged in, any tickets your purchase will automatically apply any discounts you are entitled to (ex. 20% off subscriber single tickets and FASO member discounts)
- To view your previous orders, click your name in the upper right hand corner, then select “My Profile”. Then select the “Orders” tab and you will see a list of all previous purchases.
- To renew your subscription for next season, click your name in the upper right hand corner then select “My Profile”. Then select the “Subscription Renewal” tab. From here, you can renew and pay for your subscription, cancel your subscription, or make changes to your subscription.
