We believe that music has the power to transform lives. Every year the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra impacts close to 3,000 children through a variety of programs, including concerts designed specifically for kids, interactive school visits, free performances in public libraries, and through hundreds of one-on-one music lessons and ensemble sessions in our prestigious Annapolis Symphony Academy.
This #GivingTuesday, support the Symphony and all our great educational programs that we provide to students of all ages in our region.
About Our Education Programs
Our Academy’s goal is to provide high-level musical education to students of all cultural and economic backgrounds, with a particular focus on underrepresented minorities in the classical music field.
While 2020 has brought unexpected challenges to our education programs, our teams have risen to the occasion and continue to provide world-class music education in the new virtual space.
