Where did you study? I studied in at the Quebec Conservatory of Music and at Peabody Conservatory for graduate studies.

What is your favorite piece of music? Schubert’s Quintet in C Major

What do you enjoy in your spare time? I enjoying cooking, baking and playing with my two young boys.

What is your fondest Annapolis Symphony memory? Playing Brahms Bb piano concerto with Peter Serkin.

Christian Tremblay has been Principal Second Violin with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra since 2006 and has been heard in cities throughout Canada and the United States as a recitalist and chamber musician. He is a member of the SONOS classical/jazz trio and performs regularly with various ensembles in Maryland. Christian Tremblay is a violin faculty at the Peabody Preparatory of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where he is Chair of the String Department and Director of the Performance Academy for Strings. He also teaches chamber music at Peabody Conservatory and at the Heifetz International Music Institute.
