Hailing from Madison, Wisconsin, Glen Kuenzi has established a home base as a performer and music educator in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Completing his undergraduate studies in Violin Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison under Soh-Hyun Park Altino in 2022, Glen went on to earn his Master of Music Degree at the University of Maryland with Irina Muresanu in 2024. Glen is a member of several orchestras, including Great Falls (VA) Philharmonic, Annapolis, Fairfax, West Virginia, and Madison Symphony Orchestras, in addition to subbing with several others. Glen formerly served as a concertmaster with the National Orchestral Institute and Festival and as an Eastern Music Festival Orchestral Fellow. An active chamber music collaborator, Glen performs with colleagues around the DMV region and beyond, including NOI+F’s Smithsonian Stradivarius quartet project and a summer residency as a Garth Newel Emerging Artist Fellow in 2025. Glen maintains a private violin studio and is also a faculty member with the Annapolis Symphony Academy.
